A French-Canadian multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter, producer, and live-looping performer based in Vienna. Known as the pioneer of "Wiener Chanson", he seamlessly blends vocals, beatboxing, guitar, synthesizers, and live-looping into immersive, high-energy solo performances.

Singing effortlessly in French, German, and English, Picaro’s sound is boundary-less. It is designed to lift your spirits, brighten your mood, and awaken the traveler sleeping in all of us. Whether building an upbeat, improvised groove on the spot or delivering an intimate, poetic chanson, Picaro(s) transforms every concert into a smiling, living, breathing moment shared with his audience.
Over the last decade, Picaro(s) has transitioned this street-level magic onto major Austrian and international stages, bridging the gap between intimate terraces, weddings, and massive music festivals like Nova Rock and Frequency.

Austria all the way to French Guiana.
My Music
My sound reaches from gypsy funk-reggae to pop and electric. I make your friends and family dance at your birthday party, I sing the love songs on your wedding day and make the crowd sing along on your festival stage. I have my own music studio in Vienna and can therefore also produce and record individual songs for you.

This funk song is about consent and fun. I wrote it shortly before the movement "Me Too" got big, as the topic became more and more present within our group of friends. - All around the question: Do you ask a girl before kissing her for the first time?
